THE NUFFIELD FOUNDATION RECORDED IN 2017 THAT 60% of ALL PEOPLE LIVING IN POVERTY  IN THE UK ARE LIVING IN WORKING HOUSEHOLDS. CLEARLY THE 'WORKING POOR' IS NOT JUST AN ISSUE WITHIN THE PAGES OF DICKENS' HARD TIMES.
